EMAIL STRATEGY

Apps for Good wanted to make their manual course sign-up process more efficient for their small team and their email content more engaging for recipients.

First we put an automated onboarding process in place to free up precious in-house resources. Then we simplified email messaging to guide teachers through complex course information more easily.

We designed six new editable email templates to suit different streams of communication and introduced a regular, editorially focussed newsletter to get the Apps for Good network excited about delivering the course.
